DCLB Pin Connection between CLF and SE

Only CLK and IO pin are used

DCLB Interface

-    DCLB is a firmware focused implementation of a high speed interface between CLF and SE.
-    DCLB use existing pin lay out ( clock, IO, etc).
-    DCLB object code size is <5Kb, so can be easy implemented into an CLF or SE.
-    Semiconductor vendors can license DCLB specification free of charge.
